Check-in and Check-out
Policy
- Check-out will be from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, Monday
thru Friday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays.
- Check-in will be from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday
thru Friday, and from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on
Saturdays.
- If you must check in or out at any other time, your
pet will attend Camp Wags-A-Lot until the appropriate check-in or check-out
time. This service will be at a
reduced rate of only $10.95.
- Sunday check-in/check-out will remain the
same: 4:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. The Sunday daycare/check-out fee will
remain the same. $17.95 for
Suites, and $10.95 for Club K-9.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit
card. When you make your
reservation, please be prepared to provide your credit card information at
that time. If for any reason you
are not able to pay by credit card, you will need to come to our office to
make your reservation and pre-pay at that time. Please remember that you are only pre-paying your boarding
charges. Any medical charges
that might be incurred while boarding will be due and payable at the time of
pick-up.
- If your plans change, please notify us of your
changes and/or cancellation. If
you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, the reservation will simply be
cancelled and any pre-paid money will be promptly returned to
you.
- If you notify us with less than 48 hours notice, you will
be charged for one night of boarding at whatever rate you had reserved. For example, if your reservation is
for arrival on Friday, you will need to notify us before noon on Wednesday if
you are not going to need the reservation. If you do not let us know by that
time, your credit card will be charged for the cost of one night of boarding.
- If you simply do not show up for a scheduled
reservation, your credit card will be billed for two nights of boarding at whatever
rate you had reserved.
- Please be aware that if you do not check in on the
day your reservation is to begin, the accommodation you have reserved will not
be held. If you do not pick up
your pet on the scheduled date, it may be necessary to move him or her to
other accommodations. However, be
assured that no matter where your pet is boarded, quality care will be
received at all times.
