Payment Options We make every effort to charge reasonable and fair prices for our services and products and to apply those charges to your account accurately. Some fees vary depending on your pet's weight, such as boarding, spaying, neutering, and bathing, so feel free to call for price estimates over the phone. But keep in mind, quotes and estimates are not binding unless in writing and then only for ten days. If you should find a mistake on your account, please notify us of the discrepancy. Often times the mistake can be cleared up on the phone and our embarrassment usually exceeds your dissatisfaction. Be aware that when you leave your pet with us your pet's health and well-being is our primary concern. Therefore, unless you tell us otherwise, in advance and in writing on your check-in sheet, we are going to treat your pet in our best medical judgment while he/she is in our custody and care and such charges will be reflected on your invoice. We make every effort to make you, our clients, happy so that our business will continue to grow through your referrals. We strive to provide the very best in companion pet care for your pet within your needs and abilities. We gladly accept cash, checks (with proper identification), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and our hospital's EZ Pay plan. |
